Margin Auflagen: US, Europäische, und Asiatische Aktien
Die NYSE und NASD haben Regeln aufgestellt, die den Tageshandel von Kleinstinvestoren ("small investor day trading") limitiert, bzw die Anzahl an Trades die durch diese Personen ausgeführt werden einschränkt. Für Kunden die von der NYSE/NASD als solche Pattern Day Traders identifiziert werden, gelten spezielle Day Trading Restriktion im Bezug auf ihren Handel von US Securities.
Die folgende Tabelle legt die Aktien Margin Auflagen fest fuer den Moment während des Handels ("initial") und dann die Auflagen während dem man die Position hält ("maintenance").
